City Council gives a suggestion that purchase on ex-land of British Embassy through BUMD will be difficult to be conducted.

Responding on such matter, Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama said if it is through BUMD, land purchase will be more difficult. Thus it would be used 2016 APBD.
"It will be more difficult. Must be purchased from us," said Basuki, at City Hall, Thursday (8/25).
BUMD Should Buy Ex-British Embassy Land, Council SaysFormerly, City government had made a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) along with British Embassy about land purchase. He was surprised by the slow realization of purchase by City Park and Cemetery Dept.
Before this, Chairman of City Council, Prasetio Edi Marsudi suggested that purchase on the ex-land of British Embassy should be through one of the enterprises. if not, the land would be purchased by another party.
